Book your “Dinner Dine Around” Experience for Thursday Dec 4th. A select number of seats are available at each restaurant, with first-come, first served signup options.

If you register your email on Signup Genius, you will be able to amend your table registration until our cutoff date.

A table host from our delegation will be confirmed at each venue. Where two tables are coordinated at a single restaurant, close proximity will be requested for greater networking opportunties.

All participants are responsible for their own meal costs. Please budget accordingly.

MEAL OPTIONS

Individual meals can be selected at registration. Individual meal add-ons range between $35 to $100 (includes taxes & gratuity fees)

Monday December 1, 2025 - NAC Awards Dinner - $100 (taxes & gratuity included)

  • Location: National Arts Centre

  • This features a plated, buffet style service meal.

  • (Beverages are available for purchase separately onsite)

Tuesday December 2, 2025 - Group Lunch - Registration only

  • Location: D’arcy McGee’s Pub

  • Pre-registration is requested in advance.

  • Drinks and meals are purchased onsite by each attending individual

Wednesday December 3, 2025 - Pre-One-on-One Group Lunch - $35 (taxes & gratuity included)

  • Location: Lowertown Brewery

  • This meal will occur directly before the one-on-one meetings, promoting extended networking opportunities.

  • Available group meal menu options include:

  • 1) Smoked Chicken Club Sandwich- Smoked Chicken, Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato, Lemon Basil, Mayo, Fries

    2)Lowertown Salad-Spring Mix, Seasonal Berries, Dried Cranberry, Carrot, cucumber, goat Cheese, Raspberry Vinaigrette

    3) Pulled Pork Sandwich-House smoked pulled pork served on a Brioche Bun, creamy red cabbage slaw, House made Chipotle

    4) Portobello Steak Sandwich - Marinated portobello mushroom seasonal veggies served on a ciabatta bun, Swiss Cheese, crispy onion and chipotle mayo

Thursday December 4, 2025 - Group Lunch - Registration only

  • Location: Tucker’s Marketplace

  • Pre-registration is requested in advance.

  • Drinks and meals are purchased onsite by each individual

  • For approximately $27 (before taxes and fees), they offer everything from a hot bar, freshly carved meat, custom pasta and pizza station, salad bar, a massive dessert bar and more. More information is available here.

    • Location: Various

    • Pre-registration is requested in advance through Signup Genius

    • Drinks and meals are purchased onsite by each individual

    • Restaurants vary, as do their prices.

    • If a venue is particularily popular, additional table bookings will be added over the coming week.
